Your adventure begins as a Soul Spirit, offering you a crucial decision: evolve into a Shinigami or a Hollow. Opting for the Hollow route requires you to break all the links of your chain, a process that naturally progresses every two minutes. If you take no action, you'll automatically transform into a Hollow within minutes.

Warning: Before embarking on your Hollow Era journey as a Hollow, consider that the path can feel monotonous compared to playing as a Shinigami. While Hollows are undeniably cooler, reaching the pinnacle of Vasto Lorde or Espada status involves extensive grinding and repetitive kills.

Hollow Progression in the Hollow Era

Your initial goal is to evolve into a Gillian. This involves grinding by defeating other Hollows and consuming their remains. You'll need to reach level 15 to transform into a Gillian. Fortunately, at level 10, you can access the Hueco Mundo dimension through a Garganta gateway, making it easier to find, fight, and consume Hollows.

Gillian Form in the Hollow Era

Upon becoming a Gillian, your focus shifts to eliminating more Hollows and interacting with Hollow Pillars in Hueco Mundo. Accumulating enough Progression Points will trigger a teleportation to your inner world, where you must defeat all Hollows three times to evolve into an Adjucha.

Each session in your inner world requires you to eliminate five Hollows, which are significantly tougher than regular ones. Don't worry about dying; you can retry this task as needed.

Adjucha Form in the Hollow Era

The Adjucha stage introduces a critical decision: whether to evolve into a Vasto Lorde or an Arrancar. Let's explore the Arrancar path first.

#### Arrancar Progression

To become an Arrancar, you must find and interact with a Crystal Bush in Hueco Mundo, which appears every 30 to 60 minutes. Upon contact, you'll transform into an Arrancar, gaining access to Hueco Mundo via a keybind. Here's a list of all Arrancar Ressurections in Hollow Era.

At level 50, you'll be ready to pursue your Resurrección, but we'll cover that later. Currently, Arrancars can only utilize Kendo skills, with hopes for more additions in the future.

Vasto Lorde Progression

Choosing to become a Vasto Lorde requires continuous elimination and consumption of Hollows for Progression Points. However, death during this process results in a 1% loss of Progression Points, so proceed cautiously.

Many Hollow Era players remain stuck at the Adjucha stage due to the grind. To reach Vasto Lorde, you need 800 Progression Points, earned through kills as outlined below:

The best way to spot a Crystal Bush is to disable Atmosphere, Bloom, and Depth of Field in your settings, then scan the area from a high vantage point.

How to Get Your Resurrección

As an Arrancar or Espada, your ultimate goal is to obtain your Resurrección. First, reach level 50, then visit Hueco Mundo and speak to Isen, the King of Hueco Mundo.

Isen will assign you the task of defeating 50 Arrancars. Upon completion, you can activate your Resurrección when your Rage Bar is fully charged and pulsating. Fill your Rage Bar by dealing or receiving damage. The default Resurrección keybind is “Y”, and it deactivates once you run out of Reiatsu or Rage.
