StopotS, a popular word game also known as Scattergories, "City Country River," or simply Stop, offers a fast-paced and engaging experience.
The game begins by selecting categories—such as Names, Animals, Objects, and more—to serve as the foundation for gameplay. Once categories are chosen, a random letter is revealed, initiating a new round. Players must then fill each category with a word starting with that letter. The first player to complete all categories presses the "STOP!" button, instantly halting the progress of other players. Players then collaboratively review answers, validating their accuracy. Each correct answer earns 10 points, repeated answers receive 5 points, and incorrect answers earn zero points. This exciting process continues until a predetermined number of rounds are completed.
