Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: New Games and Departures
Microsoft has revealed the first wave of Xbox Game Pass titles for January 2025, confirming several previously rumored additions. The lineup includes a mix of genres and access tiers, with some titles exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate.
New Arrivals:
The month kicks off with a strong selection, featuring:
- Road 96: Available now (January 7th) across all Game Pass tiers (including PC). This choice-driven adventure returns to the service after a previous stint.
- Lightyear Frontier (Preview): Arriving January 8th, available with a Standard subscription. This sci-fi title is still in early access.
- My Time at Sandrock: Also launching January 8th, accessible with a Standard subscription.
- Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders: Joining the lineup on January 8th, available with a Standard subscription.
- Rolling Hills: Another January 8th release, available with a Standard subscription.
- UFC 5: A Game Pass Ultimate exclusive, launching January 14th.
- Diablo: Available January 14th, exclusively for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.
Departures:
While new games arrive, several titles are departing on January 15th:

Game Pass Ultimate Perks:
Alongside the new games, several Game Pass Ultimate perks are available as of January 7th, including weapon charms and DLC packs for various titles.
