Author : Olivia Update:Jan 21,2025

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate expands cloud gaming access to personally owned titles! Now, users can stream games from their personal library – even those not part of the Game Pass catalogue – on phones and tablets.

This significant update to the Xbox Cloud Gaming beta, currently available in 28 countries, adds 50 new titles to the streaming library. Previously, cloud gaming was limited to the Game Pass catalogue. This change dramatically increases the number of streamable games.

Expect to stream popular titles like Baldur's Gate 3, Space Marine 2, and more directly from your mobile devices! This innovative feature is a game-changer for cloud gaming.

ytExpanding Cloud Gaming Horizons

This expansion of cloud gaming capabilities is a welcome development. A major hurdle for cloud gaming has been the limited selection of playable titles. The ability to stream personally owned games is a logical and much-needed improvement.

This feature also presents a compelling challenge to traditional mobile gaming. While cloud gaming on mobile has been explored for years, this enhancement could significantly impact its growth and adoption.
