What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with Sarabande of Healing. Players choose Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each match. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must be unlocked first.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%, gaining +1% area per level. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light bursts and causing explosions on character damage. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Provides +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock: Reach minute 31 in Dairy Plant.
