Garena is globally launching Delta Force, formerly known as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, a tactical first-person shooter (FPS). A PC open beta commences December 5th, 2024, with mobile open beta following in 2025. Developed initially by NovaLogic, the project transitioned to Tencent's TiMi Studios (creators of COD Mobile) and now partners with Garena for select global regions.
Cross-progression between PC and mobile is a key feature. The planned 2025 Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Brazil, Central and South America, Middle East, and North Africa launch will encompass both platforms.
Garena's Delta Force offers two core modes:
- Warfare: Large-scale 32v32 battles across land, sea, and air, with four-operator squads.
- Operations: A three-player extraction shooter mode featuring high-stakes missions, loot scavenging, enemy evasion, and timed extractions. Players can loot enemy gear and contend with bosses, restricted areas, and special missions, including a hunt for the MandelBrick, a rare item unlocking exclusive skins (at the cost of revealing your location).

This iteration boasts updated, realistic graphics while retaining the tactical gameplay of the original 1998 release, promising a nostalgic experience for veteran players.
