A long-awaited Christmas miracle has arrived for Team Fortress 2 fans! Valve has unexpectedly released a new comic for the popular team-based shooter. The announcement appeared on the official game website.
Titled "The Days Have Worn Away," this seventh installment marks the 29th comic overall, including special events and themed stories. The release comes after a seven-year hiatus, the last comic having been published in 2017.
Valve playfully acknowledged the extended wait, likening the comic's creation to the building of the Leaning Tower of Pisa – a project whose completion spanned generations. They humorously pointed out that while the Tower's builders didn't live to see its finish, TF2 players only had to wait "a mere" seven years.
