Nintendo Begins Sending Confirmation Emails for Global Switch 2 Experience Events
Confirmation emails for Nintendo's highly anticipated Switch 2 Experience events are reportedly being sent out, starting January 27th, 2025. Excited fans have taken to Twitter (X) to share their confirmation emails.
The registration period, which required a free Nintendo Account, ran from January 17th to 26th, 2025, following the Switch 2 trailer reveal. Those not selected received emails with information regarding a waitlist opening January 29th, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT.

Hands-on opportunities to test games on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 are available at events worldwide, starting April 4th:

Upcoming Nintendo Direct to Feature Switch 2:
A Nintendo Direct on April 2nd, 2025, will provide a closer look at the Nintendo Switch 2. While the console's 2025 release is confirmed, a specific date remains unannounced. The broadcast time and platforms will be announced later via the official website and social media.
