With the new year just around the corner, GSC Game World has shared its plans and promises for 2025, including updates for its popular S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise.
The studio continues to refine S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, recently releasing a significant patch (1.1) addressing over 1,800 bugs. While new content is currently limited, the developers plan to release a roadmap in early 2025 outlining upcoming additions.

Fans of the classic S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy also have reason to celebrate. A next-gen patch is in the works for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legends of the Zone collection on consoles, with details to be announced later. PC versions are also slated for updates, likely including modern enhancements.
GSC Game World encourages players to enjoy the holiday season by playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, whether starting anew, continuing their progress, or aiming for completion. The developers expressed deep appreciation for the overwhelming fan support, calling it "a miracle of the Zone."
