Warcraft Rumble has just launched its Season 9 update, and it's packed with exciting features, especially as it aligns with the game's one-year anniversary celebration. The festivities might even spill over into Season 10, making for a grand 'one year and ten seasons' celebration.
What's In Store?
The highlight of Season 9 is the introduction of Ysera, the latest Cenarion Leader. Although you can't directly control Ysera as she slumbers in the Emerald Dream, her presence brings four new Minis to your collection. These include Innervate, a spell that grants you four bonus gold over ten seconds, and Hibernate, which can put enemies to sleep for eight seconds, though they'll awaken if damaged.
The Ysera Mini Event, running until October 15th, offers a chance to unlock her and her powerful abilities. By completing challenges during this event, you can earn tickets that can be exchanged for Cenarion Tomes, Ysera Stars, and G.R.I.D Overrides. Make sure to grab Ysera before she becomes available in the G.R.I.D in Season 10.
Season 9 Also Brings Some Fun New Emotes To Warcraft Rumble
Season 9 introduces new emotes to enhance your gameplay experience. The Angry Chicken Emote can be earned as a PvP reward, while the Banshee Scream Emote is available through the guild War Chest.
Hallows End will bring the Headless Horseman to Warcraft Rumble. Completing challenges during this event will reward you with bat-themed items, new Minis, cosmetics, and other spooky treats.
A new siege event is also on the horizon. Players will have the opportunity to lay siege to Ironforge, facing off against dwarf assassins in the vault, battling Mekkatorque in the Deeprun Tram, and confronting Magni Bronzebeard in the throne room.
For those planning their gameplay, here's the event schedule: Stormwind Siege will run from October 9-15, and Molten Core will take place from October 23-29. You can download Warcraft Rumble from the Google Play Store.
