This guide details how to recruit every crew member in Citizen Sleeper 2. Remember, while recruitment is usually straightforward (accepting their offer), some situations require successful Contract completion. Recruiting Your Crew in Citizen Sleeper 2
Serafin and Bliss: These initial crew members join automatically and have no associated achievements. Note that Serafin is generally unavailable for Contracts.
Juni: Found temporarily on Hexport. Permanent recruitment occurs at Helion Gate after completing the "Idle Minds" clock at Solheim Records. Complete the subsequent Contract and accept Juni back onto your ship. This unlocks the "Data Archaeologist" achievement.
Yu-Jin: Located on Far Spindle after completing the "Getting Wracked" clock at Gaia’s Gyre (requires ordering a Wrack four times, costing 16 Cryo). Complete Yu-Jin's Contract to recruit him permanently. This unlocks the "The Freelancer" achievement.
Luis: During the Aphelion Beacon Contract, choosing to leave Yu-Jin behind allows you to recruit Luis. This unlocks the "Signalchaser" achievement.
Kadet: Found on Far Spindle after completing the "Spindle Core" clock at the Spindle Core location. This unlocks a new drive and Stripline Express. Complete the tasks at Stripline Express, triggering a cutscene. Finally, travel to the Scatteryards to recruit Kadet. This unlocks the "The Spindlejack" achievement.
Femi & Nia: You can recruit only one of these two. You’ll meet Nia on Hexport and Femi on both Hexport and Floatsam. Completing Femi's Contract to ensure Nia's safety allows you to choose between them. Recruiting Femi unlocks the "Big Brother" achievement, while recruiting Nia unlocks the "Little Sister" achievement.
Flint: After your first visit to Olivera, a Contract leads to investigating Flint's disappearance. A subsequent Contract involves a quick trap setup. Follow Xander to rescue Flint and successfully complete the Contract to recruit him. This unlocks the "Fugitive" achievement.
