Project NET Pre-Registration Now Open
The eagerly awaited third-person shooter mobile game, Project NET, has launched its pre-registration phase. The developers shared this exciting news on their official South East Asian (SEA) Twitter (X) account on March 3, 2025. To pre-register, simply head over to Project NET’s official SEA website and click on the "Pre-Register" button. You’ll need to enter your email address and select your preferred device—either iOS or Android. Similarly, pre-registration is also open on Project NET’s official Russian (RU) website.
SEA Shock Point Test Recruitment for Philippines Only
Alongside pre-registration, Project NET has opened registration for its "Shock Point Test," a limited beta test announced via the game’s official SEA Twitter (X) account on March 4, 2025. This test is exclusively for players in the Philippines and will be conducted on Android devices. It’s a limited-access, non-monetized test, and all data will be wiped post-test. The Shock Point Test will also be available in the Russian region, with details on the RU website. The developers are actively working to optimize the game for a global rollout to other countries and regions.

After completing the recruitment questionnaire, qualified participants can expect to receive their confirmation emails between March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025. Test qualifications will continue to be distributed throughout the testing period, which has yet to be announced.
Project NET First Announced in December 2024
Sunborn Network, the creative minds behind the popular mobile game Girls’ Frontline, announced on December 27, 2024, that they are developing a new third-person shooter game for mobile, dubbed Project NET. The game underwent its first localized initial test for SEA countries from January 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, covering Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
The Girls’ Frontline franchise, which debuted in 2016 as a strategy RPG gacha game for mobile, quickly gained a massive following and expanded into an anime series and other games. The sequel, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, was released on December 5, 2024. As Project NET is based on this beloved series, fans can look forward to seeing familiar characters and aesthetics within the game.
While there are no official announcements yet regarding a release date for Project NET, the game is currently available for pre-registration on both iOS and Android, based on the devices used during its initial test.
