This card alone can prolong battles and wear down opponents, making a deck built around multiple Espeon ex cards incredibly powerful.
Tyranitar ex 064/131
At first glance, Tyranitar ex seems very playable with its Grind attack. However, as a second-stage evolution requiring at least three energy cards to be effective, it falls short of expectations. While I appreciate Tyranitar, this ex-card isn't quite up to par.
My Favorite Prismatic Evolution Cards
While the Eeveelution SIR cards are highly coveted, there are some overlooked artworks in Prismatic Evolutions that are worth considering.
Dragapult ex SAR 165/131
Dragapult ex SAR 165/131 is among my favorite artworks from this set, and I'm tempted to build a deck around Phantom Dive. With a two-energy cost for a combined 260 damage, 60 of which can be spread to the opponent's bench, it's a formidable move. Watch for this card's value to rise as trainers seek to include it in their decks.
Roaring Moon ex SIR 162/131
Roaring Moon ex SIR boasts striking artwork and is a powerful addition. While its triple energy cost for attacks is demanding, this basic Pokémon card could be the game-changer in tight battles. Building a deck around Stadium cards and supporting Roaring Moon ex sounds like an exciting project.
Umbreon ex SIR 161/131
Umbreon ex SIR, priced at over $1200, is unlikely to be used in decks, but its impressive moveset might tempt you. Although it requires three different energy types, constructing an Eeveelution deck around Umbreon ex could be fun.
