Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! The Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 in Honolulu (August 16-18) offers incredible exclusive rewards and Twitch Drops. Up to three redeemable codes are up for grabs!
Claiming Your Twitch Drops:
Watch 30 minutes of the official Pokémon GO World Championships Twitch livestream on any of the three days. Remember to link your Twitch and Pokémon Trainer Club accounts beforehand. Minimizing the stream will pause your progress. A Twitch chat notification will alert you when you've earned a reward, claimable via the Twitch Drops Inventory Page or rewards.pokemon.com (codes valid until August 26, 11:59 PM UTC).
Exclusive Timed Research Rewards:
Two codes are earned from daily livestream viewing. A third is available for watching official co-streams (August 16, 9:00 AM HST – August 19, 12:00 AM HST). These codes unlock unique Timed Research:
Day 1 Rewards:
Redeeming the Day 1 code grants access to Timed Research featuring:
- A Sableye encounter (Shadow Claw Fast Attack, Foul Play Charged Attack).
- An Elite Charged TM.
- Sableye caught during this research will also know Shadow Claw and Foul Play.
- Extra Candy XL (Trainers level 31+) for completing three-star Shadow Raids (Shadow Sableye may appear!).
Day 2 Rewards:
The Day 2 code unlocks Timed Research focused on building a Great League team. Choose from three options:
Team Option 1: Dunsparce, Mantine, Pancham
Team Option 2: Galarian Weezing, Skorupi, Chespin
Team Option 3: Jigglypuff, Shellos, Inkay
This research also includes 8,500 Stardust and increased Shiny encounter chances.
