In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, acquiring deer skin can be achieved through crafting, purchasing, or even thievery. While many items are readily available for purchase or can be pilfered, crafting offers a self-sufficient approach.
Where to Get Deer Skin in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
As the name implies, deer skin is obtained by skinning deer. This requires unlocking a relevant survival perk. Once unlocked, you can hunt deer found commonly in wooded areas throughout the game world and harvest their hides.
Where to Buy Deer Skin
Alternatively, you can bypass the hunting altogether. Deer skin can be purchased from various NPCs, including:
- Weaponsmiths and blacksmiths at Trosky Castle
- Saddlers at Trosky Castle
- Tanners at Vidlak Pond
- Gamekeepers at Zhelejov
Many traders in settlements across the game world also stock deer skin, often replenishing their supplies weekly. While Trosky Castle's merchants often have a larger supply, smaller settlements provide alternative sources. Note that the gamekeeper in Zhelejov may occasionally have trading issues, but you might be able to resort to pickpocketing him as a last resort.
