Begin at the Bug Catcher's Cabin Warp Spire (southwest of Florawish). Head east towards the shoreline until you see the Swan Gazebo. Follow the stone path. Facing the Gazebo, turn right and proceed towards the river. The Whimstar orb will be visible nearby.
