NetEase’s post-apocalyptic shooter, Once Human, is launching its first cross-play test, offering a sneak peek at its cross-progression features before its April mobile release. This closed beta confirms seamless transitions between devices.
Following the recent success of Marvel Rivals, NetEase’s Once Human (initially released on PC) is finally making its way to mobile. The game casts players as survivors in a supernatural apocalypse, tasked with rebuilding society and battling monstrous threats, even facing potential betrayal from fellow humans.
The game’s blend of stunning visuals and intense run-and-gun horror gameplay has generated significant anticipation. While previous beta tests occurred, this cross-progression test is a key feature, likely the last chance to play before the April launch.
More Human Than Human
The test runs until March 30th, with sign-ups still open. While Once Human might not have captured the same PC audience as Marvel Rivals, its stylish shooter mechanics seem perfectly suited for mobile players. This mobile launch is excellent news for those eager to play.
