Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leaks Reveal Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Locations
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While development on Natlan continues, beta builds are increasingly incorporating placeholders for Snezhnaya, the Cryo nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size—potentially surpassing Sumeru and Liyue, extending west from Natlan and north around Fontaine—necessitates a regional division, hinting at phased releases.
Early leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining confirms its placement as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a crucial trade hub connecting the Cryo nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's south, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in Version 5.4's beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While not confirming Mont Esus's release timing, this discovery strengthens the connection to Nasha Town and Nod-Krai's placement.
What is Nod-Krai?
Nod-Krai is a region and city situated on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite some order maintained by the Voynich Guild, it's known as a lawless province. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement within the province, and its inhabitants are rumored to possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya may be controversial, but its scale likely necessitates a multi-year release, considering both narrative and development complexities. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will gradually introduce Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unknown, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character with ties to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0's launch is projected for September 10, 2025.
