The Cell Garden is a key location in your Panopticon that you'll encounter early in the main storyline of Freedom Wars Remastered. Once you've discovered it, you can leverage the Cell Garden for resource farming in a safer setting compared to field operations.
Multiple Cell Gardens are scattered throughout the game, and the method to locate each one remains consistent across different levels. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on accessing any Cell Garden and understanding their mechanics for efficient resource collection.
Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances In Freedom Wars Remastered
Your journey to the Cell Garden begins when Mattias assigns you the task of investigating a ghost girl rumor. To reach the Cell Garden, head to Level 2's main cell block, specifically 2-A000. From your cell, look towards the left corner of the block where you'll spot a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to be transported to 2-E165, the same location where you encountered Enzo.
Upon arriving at 2-E165, follow the right wall to another small room equipped with a device that will take you to 2-G100. The final step involves using the device in the far room of 2-G100, which will transport you to the Cell Garden.
The route to the Cell Garden is uniform across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement can significantly reduce the travel time involved. After completing the main quest related to the Cell Garden, you gain the ability to access it freely, as well as other Cell Gardens. However, acquiring a specific Entitlement beforehand can enhance your experience.
Each device leading to the next room or the Cell Garden is marked with a distinct blue door icon, making them easy to spot.
How Does The Cell Garden Work In Freedom Wars Remastered
The initial mission that leads you into the Cell Garden differs from its usual operation. Here's how the Cell Garden functions outside of that mission:
- You're allotted one minute before being ejected.
- The room's layout changes with each visit.
- Eight resource nodes, represented by small green orbs, are scattered across the floor.
To extend your time in the Cell Garden, you can purchase Entitlements from the Window on Liberty. These upgrades are crucial for navigating more complex layouts that may include puzzle elements. The first upgrade, available after reaching CODE level 3, extends your stay to two minutes.
