Tokyo Game Show 2024: Square Enix and Hotta Studio Headline the Lineup
This year's Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2024), running September 26-29, promises an exciting showcase, with major players like Square Enix and Hotta Studio confirming their presence.
FFXIV and NTE Take Center Stage
Square Enix will feature Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV) prominently, airing "Letter from the Producer LIVE Part 83." Producer and director Naoki Yoshida ("Yoshi-P") will likely detail the upcoming Patch 7.1 and offer hints at future content. The company will also showcase other titles, including Final Fantasy XVI, Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, and Life is Strange: Double Exposure. Presentations will include both Japanese and English text, but audio will be Japanese only.
Hotta Studio's highly anticipated open-world RPG, Neverness to Everness (NTE), will make its official debut at TGS 2024. The studio's booth, themed around the game's "Heterocity" setting, will offer exclusive goodies for attendees.
