The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a massive success for Etheria: Restart, attracting thousands of enthusiastic fans. The event broke records set by previous betas and offered an array of exclusive content. Attendees enjoyed a range of experiences from live competitions to hands-on previews, making it a memorable event.
Etheria: Restart's booth was bustling with activities, including in-game challenges, cosplayer appearances, and giveaways of exclusive merchandise. Fans had the opportunity to win limited-edition collectibles, and a few lucky attendees even walked away with a PS5 Pro.
On January 24th and 25th, the popular streamer Akaoni graced the stage, participating in live battles, hosting challenge events, and engaging with fans. Those who joined the festivities were treated to a signed photo as a memento.
The closed beta of Etheria: Restart also set new milestones. Over 900,000 summons were recorded, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan being the most popular characters. Tianyu Rin, a Hyperlinker, achieved the remarkable feat of collecting every single character, a first in the beta.
In terms of progression, the average participant reached around level 35, but Lulu stood out by reaching an impressive level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors, with Fried Bun emerging as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Guild Qiyan City achieved the highest single-damage output in the event's toughest battle.
The new boss fight against NicoNana became a highlight of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. This challenging encounter pushed teams to refine their strategies to their limits.
