It's up to the assassins to intervene and bring tranquility back to the people.

Ghost General
The Ghost General, leader of the Hungry Ghosts, is known for his insatiable appetite and leads a gang of ravenous ronin. To find him, head to the city of Sakai in the southwestern part of the Izumi Settsu region. Navigate to the western part of the city to the Money Changer District. Given the number of enemies, it's advisable to take them out one by one or use Yasuke’s abilities to level the playing field.
Grave Dancer
The Grave Dancer leads the Defilers, a gang that respects nothing, not even the sanctity of the dead. From Sakai, travel northeast along the main road until you reach the Sumiyoshi Shrine, south of Osaka. Here, amidst the graves, you'll find the Grave Dancer. Dispatch him to his final resting place using the Hidden Blade or any weapon of your choice.
Ember
Ember, the leader of the Firebrands, is intent on purifying the world through fire and destruction. Head north from Sakai into Osaka, and navigate to the Fishermen’s District. Further north, you'll find some burned-down buildings where Ember resides. Be cautious of your surroundings and eliminate any other combatants before engaging him. Extinguish his flame to save countless lives from a fiery fate.
Big Sueki
Big Sueki, a ronin with a penchant for sake, leads a gang that has traded honor for indulgence. To end their revelry, travel to Muko Post Town, just north of Amagasaki Castle in the western part of Izumi Settsu. Near the moat, you'll find the location. Use the surrounding bamboo and thickets to approach stealthily and deliver your own brand of justice.
Chief Cuckoo
Once honorable samurai, Chief Cuckoo and his followers have fallen into disrepute, now terrorizing the peasantry. Head to the city of Katano, centrally located in the Izumi Settsu region. At the southern edge, you'll find the Katano Oil Trading location where Chief Cuckoo is stationed. Utilize the environment to your advantage and bring this villain to a dramatic end.
Corrupt Blade, Laughing Man, and Peacock
After dealing with the other Kabukimono members, you'll face the final three: Corrupt Blade, Laughing Man, and Peacock. Make your way to the Nishinomiya Shrine, west of Amagasaki Castle. At the entrance, you can choose to hunt them down individually or confront them all at once. Opting for the latter will save time. From the shrine, head west to Kakogawa Estuary, then ride northeast to reach Takagi Otsuka Fort. Continue east to find the trio in a courtyard next to a medium-sized hut. This battle will be challenging, but you can use the NPCs to distract the enemies and strike when the opportunity arises. Eliminate them to completely eradicate the Kabukimono threat.
