Supercell has launched the exciting Lumber Love season in Clash Royale, bringing a mix of fast-paced combat and strategic innovations to the game. Leading the charge in this season is the new 2-Elixir troop, Berserker. This solo fighter offers a unique twist compared to other low-cost cards like Bats or Goblins. While she may not pack the raw damage of swarm troops, her durability makes her a resilient choice against spells that would typically clear out weaker units. Accompanying the Berserker is the introduction of the Lumberjack Evolution, marking the second Legendary Evolution in Clash Royale. This evolution brings a thrilling twist to the game. Upon defeat, the Lumberjack transforms into an invisible ghost, but only while under the influence of his Rage effect. The evolved Lumberjack, or Lumberghost, can unleash rapid attacks that deal significant damage to towers. However, he's not invincible; certain spells can reveal him, and he can be easily distracted by other troops or buildings outside his Rage zone.
Throughout February, players can participate in a series of engaging events and challenges. The season kicks off with Super Touchdown from February 3rd to 10th, followed by the Power of Love event from February 10th to 17th, where troops can surprisingly switch sides mid-battle. Runic Rampage, spotlighting the Berserker and Rune Giant combo, runs from February 17th to 24th. Finally, the Lumberjack Evolution Draft Challenge, allowing players to test the new Evolution, takes place from February 24th to March 3rd. Each event offers enticing rewards such as banner decorations and frames.
Additionally, the 2v2 Ladder makes its return from February 10th to 24th, providing a thrilling team-based competition. It's worth noting that the 100 Crowns boost has been removed from the Diamond Pass in Pass Royale, altering the rewards structure for players.
