Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations.
After the initial chaos, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs in the main hall, and access the elevator. The elevator triggers a zombie transformation of mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). A map reveals the Yellow card's location.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). Eliminate additional zombies in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.
Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently defeat the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.
Obtaining the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the grappling point to the left of the security desk to reach the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area. Maneuvering around the pursuing mannequins (they freeze when you turn), locate the documents: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and the last in the cafe. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green card.
Securing the Blue Card
Grapple across from the Administration balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue card. Defeat the Mimic that appears to obtain the card.
Retrieving the Red Card
Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code. Activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red card.
Confronting the Disciple
Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Eliminate zombies. Answer the red phone. Engage and defeat the numerous zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The mission concludes with a hallucination reveal.
