The game offers three primary methods for cleaning: troughs, bathing spots, and bathhouses.
Troughs
Commonly found in towns and outposts, troughs provide a basic clean. Interact with a trough to wash away some dirt and blood, but this method doesn't clean your clothing.
Bathing Spots
