Get ready for a Legendary Bird Dynamax Extravaganza in Pokémon GO! From January 20th to February 3rd, the iconic Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres will appear in their Dynamax forms.
A Week-Long Legendary Encounter:
This exciting event features the legendary trio in five-star Max Raids at Power Spots. Each bird will debut on a Monday:
- Dynamax Articuno: January 20th
- Dynamax Zapdos: January 27th
- Dynamax Moltres: February 3rd
Following their debut, each legendary bird will remain available for a full week.
Legendary Flight Timed Research:
Don't miss the "Legendary Flight Timed Research"! This research event offers chances to catch Pokémon, including Shiny Pokémon, perfect for battling the legendary birds. You'll also earn Candy and Max Particles to power up your catches. The schedule (in your local time):
- Dynamax Articuno: January 17th, 10:00 am – January 20th, 7:00 pm (featuring Charmander, Beldum, Scorbunny)
- Dynamax Zapdos: January 24th, 10:00 am – January 27th, 7:00 pm (featuring Drilbur, Cryogonal, Grookey)
- Dynamax Moltres: January 31st, 10:00 am – February 3rd, 7:00 pm (featuring Squirtle, Krabby, Sobble)
Victini Returns in Pokémon GO Tour: Unova!
The Pokémon GO Tour: Unova global event is also underway. While the in-person event is location-specific, all players can obtain a free Tour Pass. Upgrade to the Tour Pass Deluxe for enhanced rewards and faster progression.
On February 24th, 2025, at 10:00 am (local time), all players receive their free Tour Pass. The event runs until March 2nd, 6:00 pm (local time). Tour Pass Deluxe unlocks Mythical Pokémon Victini and the Lucky Trinket, enabling you to create a Lucky Friend status for a boosted trade.
