Locate your nearest dm store
Use our store finder to easily locate dm stores near you. Access service information for all dm stores and save your favorite dm store within the app. Check product availability both online and in your chosen store. Once you've saved your preferred store, you can also check your shopping cart for express pickup options and utilize this new delivery method.
Centralized coupon management
The “Coupons” section provides a comprehensive overview of dm's current promotional coupons. Tap on a coupon to view more details.

Now you can access all dm, Glückskind, and PAYBACK coupons through a single coupon center, simplifying the process from activation to redemption, whether in-store or online.

Use the “Activate” button to add coupons to your account. Redeem these at your local dm store or when ordering online. Check the redemption conditions and additional information on each coupon.

Find your customer card in the “My Account” section. Scan your QR code on the customer display at checkout to redeem all activated coupons.
Online redemption on dm.de
All activated coupons relevant to your order are automatically applied to your shopping cart. Unused coupons remain active for future purchases.
Personalized with “My Account”
Access services like Glückskind and PAYBACK in the “My Account” area. With a link to your PAYBACK account, receive personalized product recommendations based on your purchase history. Earn PAYBACK points with every purchase made through the app. Additionally, find “Help & FAQs” and your customer card here.
