As we close out the year, Com2uS has just released a massive update for Summoners War: Chronicles to wrap things up. This update brings a new hero, expands the world of the Rahil Kingdom, and adds festive seasonal content. The mobile RPG is leaving you with a lot to do over the holidays before the next update rolls in.
First up, Jin joins Summoners War: Chronicles’ roster as the latest character. As a warrior from the White Shadow Mercenaries, she wields a massive greatsword and relies on her dragon companion, Hodo, for combat bonuses.
Jin’s special charge-up skills make her much more powerful, letting you build up her attacks for devastating results. Once you complete the Sierra Quest Ubiquitous Traces, you’ll unlock Jin who will already be at level 80, making her ready for any battle ahead of her.
Furthermore, the update introduces Karim Basin, a new area within the Lapisdore region. This area expands the ongoing Rahil Kingdom storyline and offers new dungeons to explore. In the Galagos Mana Mine and Kagor Crater, you’ll face tougher enemies that will put your skills to the test.
If you're more focused on progression, the level cap for Summoners and Monsters has now been raised from 100 to 110. Alongside this, the update merges Effect Stones and Spell Books into a new item called Spell Stones, streamlining the growth system.
Finally, seasonal festivities are also in full swing. Starting now, you can collect Christmas Cookies by completing tasks like raids and energy usage. On December 25th, the Festive Fortunes shop opens, where you can exchange cookies for rewards such as summoning scrolls, Destiny Dice, and special event titles.
