• How does it work?
1. Download the App: Start by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.
2. Scan the QR code when you walk in: Upon entering the space, simply scan the provided QR code.
3. That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be: Enjoy a hassle-free entry into your workspace.
Once inside, immerse yourself in a fully equipped environment featuring high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Elevate your workday with unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans from 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, indulge in unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to keep you fueled throughout your session. When you're ready to leave, whether after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code to exit. Your payment will be processed automatically upon ending your session, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• How much does it cost?
1. You only pay for the time you spend inside the space: At just £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT), you can enjoy flexible pricing tailored to your needs.
2. The meeting room (for up to 6 people) costs £60 per hour (i.e., £50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app, with bookings available in 30-minute slots.

1. Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
