CPU-Z: Your Android Device's Information Hub
CPU-Z, a popular PC CPU identification tool, now offers a free Android app to provide detailed information about your device. This handy application delivers comprehensive data, including:
- System-on-Chip (SoC) Details: Discover your SoC's name, architecture, and clock speed for each core.
- System Information: Access key details such as device brand and model, screen resolution, RAM, and storage capacity.
- Battery Information: Check your battery level, status, temperature, and capacity.
- Sensor Data: View information about the sensors in your device.
Requirements & Permissions:
- Android Version: Requires Android 2.2 or higher (version 1.03 and above).
- Permissions: Requires internet access for online validation and network state access for statistics.
Online Validation (version 1.04 and above):
Online validation allows CPU-Z to store your device's hardware specifications in a database. After validation, a URL will open in your browser. You can optionally provide your email address to receive a reminder link.
Settings & Debugging (version 1.03 and above):
If CPU-Z unexpectedly closes, the settings screen will appear on the next launch. This allows you to disable certain detection features to ensure the app runs smoothly.
Bug Reporting:
Encounter a bug? Use the "Send Debug Infos" option in the app menu to easily submit a report via email.
