Want to avoid walking straight into a rainstorm? Check our rain radar and rain graph before you head out to ensure you stay dry!
The Buienradar app provides a comprehensive 3-hour or 24-hour rain radar forecast. The rain radar image instantly shows whether rain is expected in the upcoming hours or the following day. Directly beneath the radar, you'll find the rain graph, which details when it will rain and the expected amount of rainfall in millimeters. For a closer look at your specific area, just tap the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.
Available for Android phones and tablets, the Buienradar app includes a handy widget featuring the rain graph, allowing you to check for rain without even opening the app!
Exciting news for Wear OS users—the Buienradar Wear OS app is back! You can now view the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the next hour right on your wrist. Look forward to more features being added in the coming months. Note that the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available on the Google Play Store and supports wearables running Android Wear OS.

Get personalized weather information in the "Komende uren in" table (Next 8 hours weather prediction) for your favorite location, even abroad. This includes hour-by-hour predictions for temperature, feeling temperature, rainfall per hour in millimeters, the chance of rain, and wind force in Beaufort.
We provide a range of additional maps, such as thunderstorm, snow, sun, wind, and temperature, along with data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity. You'll also find exact times for sunrise and sunset specific to your location.
Our seasonal radar maps cater to specific needs. In summer, use our pollen and mosquito radars to get timely notifications on when to hang up your mosquito net. In winter, our snow radar informs you about winter precipitation, and our ground temperature map alerts you to night frost.
The "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast) offers a graphical overview of the weather for the next 14 days. For more details, click on the "Lijst" tab to see an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and a daily average for the second week.
Customize your experience with the "Meldingen" tab, where you can set up a personalized rain alert (free push notification) tailored to your daily schedule and preferred locations, ensuring you're never caught off guard by rain or storms.
